Bones ate arfa- it’s all good

When music meets skateboarding in the finest way possible…

Local “Junkyard Dog Riffs” Bones Ate Arfa recently held their very own skatepark show and music video recording at Shoreham Skatepark for the release of their new single- It’s All Good. The local Sussex-based group have been making waves in the scene for some time now, enjoying mass support flooding in from fans both new and old across their recent gigs and tour stretching as far as Exeter and Birmingham.

Still a chance to catch them at local venues on these upcoming dates!

In their effort to “Bring 00’s Skate Punk Back”, it was announced in early August that the group would be bringing the cultures of skating and music together, embodied by a live performance in the best way possible…

After a long process of admin, the band miraculously managed to get hold of permits for the recording and hosting of the all-day event at the park that saw a great group of people and skateboarders there to support. The day began with various bits of filming, challenging all local skaters to come along and shred with a bit of added risk (Thankfully no equipment or people were majorly damaged in the filming!). Then moving to a full on live performance, the band performed some of their biggest hits, including the lead single ‘Akimbo People’ from their recent EP of the same name, which has just reached over 100,000 streams.

Fresh out of the works from Nasty Mode Records and Production from Cavey, the new music video showcases the madness from the day, including the crazy mosh pit in the deep end of the bowl. Performing in front of a crowd upwards of 100 people, the band put on a rocking set that had everyone on their feet and boards (or sat on the pool coping to watch!). Inflatable trees flying everywhere, an energetic performance and crazy visuals- what’s not to love?? Go watch it if you haven't yet. Do it.
